At Uniques Bakery Co, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods that are made with care, attention to detail, and the finest ingredients. Each order is handcrafted and prepared specifically for our customers, often made to order, which means a great deal of time, effort, and resources go into every item we create.

Because of the perishable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any baked goods once they have left our premises or been delivered. This includes custom orders, special occasion items, and daily menu offerings. All sales are considered final.

That said, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there is an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong item or a concern with quality please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We will do our best to address your concerns in a fair and timely manner, and we’re always open to feedback as we continue to improve.
